  1. Hi! You're yoga poses are awesome! Can I make a request? Could you be able to do what I did in my video?

I'm just curious if you could do it. I don't know if yoga could make one flexible but I think it's a very interesting form exercise. :)

  2. Dear Rachel,
This is wonderful what you can do. It's a perfect side split. I'm working on it, but it will take years till I'll be able to do it. In the last year I pushed too much and I overstretched my hamstrings. Now I'm a bit more cautious.

Stay flexible and thank you for your comment and video.

  3. Wow! thank you for your speedy response :) It's good to know that you are working on your splits, I think your arms are very flexible. I don't if it's just me, as you can see in my video, I did an arm stretch thing, I don't know what's called you probably know what it is and would like to ask if you could be able to do it and post some pics of you doing it? :)

  4. Welcome Rachel.

I can put my arms in prayer position behind my back. But it's more shoulder and upper chest flexibility.

I work on strength and flexibility, not only flexibility. I got rather strong arms which is great. Both is needed for my practice. We girls prefer to work on flexibility, but being strong makes each practice more elegant and powerful. :)

The hands are behind the back in utthita parsvottanasna. It's labeled. You'll find it on that blog.

    Keep practicing....:)
